what are we?
The Timothy Collective is a transformative internship experience for 10th–12th graders and young adults who refuse to settle for surface-level faith. It’s for those who sense a deeper calling—to grow, to lead, and to stand boldly in a world that often stands against them.
Rooted in discipleship, leadership development, and hands-on ministry, this internship is designed to raise up a generation of young Christians who don’t just attend church—they become the church. Interns will be challenged, equipped, and empowered to lead in their schools, their communities, and their future callings with clarity and confidence.
More than a program, The Timothy Collective is a movement of young leaders rising to live out their faith with passion, courage, and purpose. If you're ready to step beyond the status quo and into the calling God has for you, this is where it begins.
what will we gain?
THEOLOGICAL GROUNDING
In the Timothy Collective internship, we develop a strong theology to ground emerging leaders in a deep, biblical understanding that shapes their character, calling, and ministry.
A robust theological foundation not only guides everyday leadership but also anchors us with hope and conviction in times of trial or persecution, helping us remain faithful when it matters most.
personal development
The Timothy Collective helps members grow through intentional personal development, including discovering their spiritual gifts and understanding their unique personality strengths and weaknesses.
By gaining clarity in these areas, interns are better equipped to serve effectively, build healthy relationships, and step confidently into their God-given calling.
ministry experience
The Timothy Collective provides hands-on ministry experience that allows members to apply what they’re learning in real-world settings, from teaching and leading to serving in diverse contexts.
This practical training builds confidence, sharpens leadership skills, and helps interns discern their calling with greater clarity and purpose.
outreach opportunity
The Timothy Collective offers outreach and missions opportunities that push participants beyond their comfort zones and into meaningful service among diverse communities.
These experiences challenge self-focus, cultivate compassion, and develop a heart for sharing the gospel through both action and presence.
What must i commit to?
Time
You will commit to one semester at time. During this time, you are committed to our weekly training sessions and are asked to participate in whatever growth events you can!
MINISTRY
To be a part of the collective, you will have to commit to serving in a ministry leadership role in the church. Don’t worry, there is something for everyone! Every part of the body of Christ has a purpose and place in The Timothy Collective.
integrity
We ask that you take this process seriously and bring your WHOLE heart to it—the good, the bad, the ugly. Jesus doesn’t require perfection, just sincerity. Come honest and leave whole.
